Brand new single from local RnB / soul singer taragirl. Love this new direction she’s taking and love this song. This track has much more of a hip hop feel to it than her previous tracks. “Act Like a Star” is the first single since her debut album The 26th Power produced by Simon Illa. Surprisingly enough, taragirl is still unsigned despite having performed with Chaka Khan, Chrisette Michele, and Amy Winehouse in the past year alone. Her next single to be released will be “The City”.
