This edition of 4AM at Silk City sees special guest caped crusaders Louisahhh & Gina Turner forming like Voltron into Staccato. Watch as they command with slight flicks of the wrist hundreds of people to dance to house and mnml. Staccato have seen quite a bit of buzz around the spheres and verses and the tubes. It should be Major. For a preview of what its like check this mix they just did for Nicky Digital. Jay Yo and Dirty perform intergalatic resident duties every First Friday at Silk.

Is this not an awesome flyer? Look at that thing. It has Marios in a rainbow, either tripping or hopped up on mushrooms running through that star level where you would always fall of the track in Mario Kart. Even the border has gotten rainbows going on. The only thing that could even come close to make this better would be if there was a leprechaun riding a unicorn racing Mario. I’m scared though if something that awesome would ever be made. It might rip a hole in the space-time continuum.
Oh and tonight Jayo does Just Friends aka The Techno Bottle Service Wednesday Night Weekly at Pearl and guess who is stopping by? It’s the Amber Show from The Bad Girls Club. What does this mean? 2 more blondes are going to be there with possibly a camera crew urging them to be bad girls for the Oxygen network. Also apparently Amber M. has a secret talent. The sacrifices I make for you people. I hope you appreciate this.
This and every third Sunday, check out Electric Soul with the Illvibe crew.
Illvibe djs Statik, lil’dave, & Skipmode kill it with a crazy mixture of house, boogie, broken beat, and more. So, if you are in the place, make sure you are ready to dance hard!
As a bonus, they just released a mixtape for the party, Lil Dave does the mixing and the tracks are great.
Jay Yo and Dirty celebrate the one year anniversary of 4AM this Friday with Holy Ghost! At midnight enjoy a champagne toast and a special cake from The Royal Bakers modeled after a disco ball! Holy Ghost! is signed to DFA and is on that nu disco tip that everyone is raging about as of late. Check the remixes and the mix below for a taste of whats to come.
