Mojito rolls on into summer with residents from Robotique this Saturday at Octo. I really can’t say enough at what great things the Robotique guys are doing. They’ve been going strong every Friday at Kung Fu Necktie for quite awhile now and are bringing in great guests. They have a musical selection that is practically unmatched and great skill mixing it all up. Make it a Robotique weekend, with King Britt tonight at their weekly at Kung Fu Necktie and then on the water with Jayo at Mojito at Octo.
Jayo looks like he has a great summer lined up with Sparkles next week, then Staccatto, with Dave P, Cosmo Baker vs Eli Escobar and Zombie Disco Squad all coming up. It’s all happening man! $5 with Facebook RSVP.
Mojito returns this Saturday to Octo with the Bodyshine DJ’s. Diamond Girl, Kyle Miller, Jack Rider Nice and Toney M will get the party rocking after Jayo is on the early shift “playing sultry dance music from 10-11:30PM.” The Bodyshine DJ’s have gone through a number of name changes and venues in the past years, starting with the Bleached Black parties at Medusa, moving on to Bodyshine and The Magic Message. Expects lots of disco, house, funk, freestyle and soul making for a groovy time on the water.
