It’s a double dose of heavy bass this weekend with Subdivision last Fridays at Khyber and then the Double Dutch x Subdivision rager at the M Room with Ikonika.
Subdivision is every last Friday upstairs at The Khyber. Residents Flufftronix and Lady Prowl bring in special guest Chicagoan Willy Joy (don’t boo him too much ). No cover all night with $1 PBRs and $2 Kenzingers.
Ikonika released her debut album on label head Code9′s Hyperdub, most known for their release of Burial’s albums. Natty Boh Peep from Subdivison in Pittsburgh joins local Subdivision and Double Dutch resident Lady Prowl, while Double Dutch ladies Gun$ Garcia & Jess Okay host. All this madness is free before 11 and only $5 after.

Big tings all night tonight with Seclusiasis own Starkey in the building for the release of his Ear Drums and Black Holes album on Planet Mu. Longside Starkey, will be San Franciscan Badman DZ making his Philadelphia debut. Not to mention Distal & Mite are coming up from Atlanta and Cerebral Vortex is making the trip from NYC. It’s a rare treat to have Starkey play in Philly with his worldwide touring schedule, so you should get there early cause it will be packed.
