Mishka has teamed up with Jokers of the Scene for the debut mixtape series entitled Keep Watch. The mix features 17 blog house / house / bmore / etc bangers including three of their own remixes, 5151 favorites like Boy 8 Bit, Santogold and Switch and just overall jackin beats. If any of you guys are around in Ottawa on July 17th, be sure to hit up JOTS 5th anniversary Disorg party with special guest Diplo.

Mix tapes have always been an integral part of NYC’s underground culture and burgeoning music scene, and as such, Mishka is proud to carry on the tradition with the launch of Keep Watch. Featuring top DJs hailing from every genre and geographic corner, Mishka’s Keep Watch party-mixes celebrates one of the most widely practiced American art forms. Released bi-monthly with an accompanying party to boot, the mixes will be available for free download through mishkanyc.com and iTunes through a podcast very soon.
