So, this whole K Swift thing’s got my mind in knots, so I think it’s time to spread some light hearted fun, and more importantly….beauty!!!

First let me say, I am a HUGE fan of a number of You Tube channels. Most of them are hair and make-up “how to” videos. I mean, you can literally know what you want your hair to look like and search it on you tube and some really cute girl will show you how to do it. So, just to prove that these videos work, I tried it out on my manpiece’s sister. The cute and loveable, Huda. She has such long gorgeous hair, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. My current YouTube fav host is the fabulous JulieG who inspired me to try out one of her looks. She’s mostly a makeup guru, but she tends to throw some hair styling guides in there with all her videos, the do go hand in hand….So, the hairstyle that I tried out was her guide to “Sexy Wavy Hair” and who isn’t into that?!?!

Here’s Huda, with her natural hair, and regular look.

So Huda has really thick curly, almost kinky hair, so we started off washing it and blow drying it straight, and some light flat ironing, as seen here.

We then did the technique that JuieG demonstrates in the video, and while her hair was cooling, we did her make up, for a light going out look. Then flat ironed her bangs so she could have more of a side swept look to go with her luxurious waves.

And finally after taking her hair down, and altering her t-shirt for a more fun look, this was the final outcome. TAH DAH!!
